Customer service is superior. Tile looked great after cleaning and grout resealed. Prompt, respectful. Not one complaint when I asked about redoing a spot or fixing something with the tile that was missed.
I have to say by far the best experience to date. The end results exceeded my expectations. I will be using GroutSmith in the near future again. Thank you Mike and Scott.
They did not warn me or help me minimize the dusty mess that is a part of file work. To other custoners. Cover ALL of your furniture and close doors fo ALL other rooms in the house, to avoid a large clean up from dust
The Service was Excellent and prompt. We have a brand new main shower. We also had 7 tiles in our breakfast nook re-bonded and the new grout was surprisingly similar to the existing color. We have no complaints and would recommend The GroutSmith to anyone neediing professional workmanship.
I was amazed how awesome my bathrooms looked. The shower and tubs looked brand new. The experience was great and the customer service was very professional. I would recommend The Groutsmith to anyone if they are looking to have an affordable solution to renewing there bathrooms.
The entire interaction with this firm was great. The estimator was punctual, prepared, informative about what work needed to be done and how it would be done and clear about the cost. The technician was also punctual, hard working and a true professional. At the end of the day my impression was that the work had been done by a true craftsman.
I will gladly use Groutsmith again. They were prompt to make the first appointment, and they came the day the said. Took a little less time that what they projected and left everything clean and neat. All with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
THEY ARRIVED ONE TIME, WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB ON CLEANING AND RESEALING MY TILE FLOORS, REPAIRING THE GROUT IN MY LARGE SHOWER AND SEALING MY KITCHEN GRANITE.
