Quick reply within hours to my request. Michelle brilliant initial contact. She set up a visit within days to quote. All convenient to me. Ron came . Full explanation given said don?t replace all grout. Which was a surprise. Did a detailed customized quote. Answered all my questions to great detail and my satisfaction. Then Tracy came in next day and did the work. She was non stop for 4 hours and did a great job. Gave a thorough explanation of all she had done. Cleaned up and left sample sealer for future use.
