Hired due to this website. 2 months after shower floor regrouted, a chunk of grout came up. Repair made, waited 75 hours to use the shower. Immediately, grout chipped again. Owner, Mike, insists I have a leak or moisture problem despite no presence of water during initial job and repair. I asked Mike for an email with where we are and why he thinks I have a leak and what he will do if the leak report comes back negative. He told me what I "need to do is discuss this with my husband." What you are leaving out of your comments are these items; We have been to your home several times to re grout area in question that would continue to fail. It was AFTER you told e you had mold flies or termites coming up from the drain that I asked you to get a leak company out as we were in open discussion being very confused why the grout would fail...and I do believe that moisture under the floor was the issue. Excellent in every aspect. Mike came to assess our needs and provide an estimate. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional.
