They came and matched the grout on the screened porch even dug out a broken tile and replaced it while fixing the grout!! Great job!! Would recommend them to anyone ?
After I posted this review and complained via email, they sent out a supervisor named Mike. He reviewed the issues and corrected them. He was extremely courteous and did good work. I left the review at a 3 because of the original problem. Everyone was extremely pleasant to deal with I called the company because they had good reviews on Home Advisor. Scott; This is Mike the owner. Unfortunately your job did not go as we planned, but we do not agree with your comments. In your estimate our goal was a Shower restoration. Upon removing caulk and scraping grout on the walls, your tile began to fall off and we made you aware that a re build of these areas will be needed due to water damage behind.....we also informed you we could quote that work but it would be more extensive than originally quoted and you asked us just to put it back together the best we could.
