The crew was right on time and explained the process. We had not had our tiles and grout cleaned since we initially had the tile installed (about 15 years) The grout looks brand new! Mike, Adam and Kevin did a great job. I would definitely recommend GroutSmith

We had a minor problem after the job was finished, which was quickly rectified. Customer service was excellent.
We had looked for someone to clean our tile and stain the grout. Others either just wanted to quote over the phone or were ridiculous with prices. Groutsmith arranged to send a rep. to see our project. He was professional, took Covid19 precautions and quoted a price below our expectations. showed up on time and ready to work. delivered as promised. friendly crew. Cleaned as they went. Put extra effort in during project to make corrections to color of grout. Worked diligently to make us happy with result.
