They were able to schedule within a few days, moved and put furniture back, and gave us plenty of options for grout color as well. Amazing company with amazing service!!!
They were very professional and quick. One thing I did not like is that when I called them they mentioned they move the furniture to get all tile work, but they don't . They only move sofas. They do not move beds or dressers to get all the way.

They are very conscientious in their work. I had them come back to redo some of the grout sealer, which they did promptly. The end result looks great. I would definitely use them again.
The quote I received stated the grout haze and stain would be *mopped off*. It was not. When I first called to complain, I was told that I needed to mop the floors with a vinegar and water solution after 48 hours. I sent photos the next day of the floors and some area that was missed on the shower wall and asked why the homeowner is responsible for the mopping and cleaning of the grout haze given the price paid. The tile in our rental house was very dirty! After Groutsmith cleaned the floor the tile looked new! I got two other estimates, and I'm so glad I chose Groutsmith. Seriously, this company was wonderful to work with. The salesman, Kevin, actually cleaned a tile to show us what they were going to do and how it would look.
