Groutsmith was in constant contact and kept me informed at all times. They first sent out a gentleman to do an estimate and he gave me four different samples of colors I could choose from to see which would work best and made suggestions and was extremely helpful and polite. Estimator was in time, professional and respectful. Technicians were on-time and did a great job
After they do the work, you cannot use your shower for three days which we were informed of when we got the pricing information from the salesperson, which by the way, there is NO pricing information on their website. We had a leak in the shower and it needed cleaned very badly. We had been unable to keep up with the cleaning and maintenance due to physical constraints and not being willing to bring someone into the house during the pandemic to clean.
