The diagnosis process took multiple visits and resulted in higher costs than expected. However, the issue was eventually resolved properly, and my irrigation system is now working well.
Had a guy come out 3 weeks ago. Really nice and we came up with a game plan and he said he would be in touch. Then I never heard anything again. I checked back in several days ago and they said 'they would let the local office know' I still haven't heard anything. I have no choice but to leave a negative review for them. They certainly earned it.
Jeff came up with a great plan for a low to no maintenance front flower bed for my house. I was just OVER doing maintenance and fighting the weeds and grasses in it every year. So I waved the white flag and called The Grounds Guys. They helped me work in my budget, and the crew was extremely fast. Old bed out and irrigation updated in less than three hours!
