This was really overpriced and underwhelming, and the lady in the chapel area tonight was extremely rude, whomever she was. I don't appreciate being spoken to like a child for simply walking inside of the unlocked doors, which have absolutely no sign or any indication that they aren't open to the public. In fact, many people had walked in, because of this oversight. We had to park several blocks away and once we got there is was so crowded you could barely move plus it was $44 for a family of 4. Huge line to get tix and there was no way you could have enjoyed the concerts or other activities because the lines were so long. Very disappointed, should have went to zoo lights.
They lights and entertainment were awesome! The zoo was not so great because the kids didn't get to go in an pet the animals like they had in the past. It was ok though. At least we got to see a real live camel! That was new to us. We will come every year because we have made it a family tradition. It's a great reminder to us of what the real reason for the season is. Thank you Gotto Staff and everyone that helps all year long to keep this going!
Overpriced for the hassle to just get a parking spot and get in........ the lights were nice, but.....
Great venue for families and little children. Very safe yet the food carts aren't that great.
Un lugar espectacular para compartir con la familia, lleno de colorido y tradición para disfrutar en ésta época de Navidad. La iglesia bellisima y se siente un lugar lleno de paz.
So beautiful. A touching family tradition. Can't recommend it more.
Disappointed. Took 15 minutes to park. Got flipped off and cussed out along the way parking and it took about 10 minutes to walk through the lights. Not worth the drive The grotto is just as beautiful during the rest of the year and you don't have to deal with all the people who don't have any patience.
