I was sad there was no petting zoo for my son to feed the goats and no hot pretzels for my husband this year

This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it. The chapel and the choir or so peaceful and calming. My daughters loved the puppet show and the lights

Good parking. Beautiful lights, beautiful display. Fun activities even a food truck! Honestly 4 starts only because there is a walk through that has less space and a more intense /thoughtful light display.

What a wonderful, peaceful place. There are many spots for prayers and meditation, all of them beautiful. My favorite is the area with stations depicting the 7 Sorrows of Mary in the upper gardens. I also loved chapel with panoramic view of the city below.

Working at The Grotto is truly a blessing. I invite people every day to visit. Someone recently posted that videos and photos do not do it justice. Agreed. Come any day beginning at 9:00 a.m., do not miss the Upper Gardens. Take your time. Come with family. Come with friends. Come alone. Just come. You will be enveloped in the peace and the beauty of Mother Nature, just 1.5 miles from PDX. Truly an oasis in the city.
