It is a peaceful place! You find your inner peace there. Literally, you can meditate and find some time to put your mind together!... It might more beautiful in the summer time! Loved the experience and the feeling of having God and Mary in everywhere!
It was overcast, chilly and sprinkled rain off and on and it was one of the most beautiful, peaceful walks I've taken in a long time. Walking the labyrinth worked it's magic and we all felt refreshed when we were done. I will return again and again.
I've been coming to the Grotto periodically all my life. It's always been a place where I could slip away from the city and just "be". It's a place where I can come and talk to God without distraction. Thank you for always being there for me since I was 8 years old. I'm 41 now.
