We were presented with the opportunity to purchase the Chicago based distributorship we had been purchasing our parts from in 2009 to continue their 50+ year old business as a supplier of replacement grill parts to hardware stores across the United States. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are proud to hear such great comments from our customers about our reputation! We truly appreciate the support our community has shown us as a small locally owned business and we look forward to continuing to grow!

We purchased a grill here a few months ago after a few visits in to chat and purchasing various rubs and sauces. We purchased an MHP gas grill, which we LOVE..but also a HUGE part of our decision was wanting to be part of the Grill Works family. Amazing customer service, education, events and ideas. Even if you’re just in need for ideas on new cooking methods, glazes, rubs etc...stop in! They take all the guess work out of it because they have already done the leg work to source and then sell the BEST ones. Happy grilling!

Great customer service and great grills! We bought the Davy Crockett and used it for the first time today. Everything worked fine. The videos at the green mountain website were so helpful.

I drove an hour out of town to check this place out, I truly wasn't disappointed! I talked to some great people and had a great experience and bought way too much stuff! The seasoning samples we're amazing and the owners were awesome!
