We were presented with the opportunity to purchase the Chicago based distributorship we had been purchasing our parts from in 2009 to continue their 50+ year old business as a supplier of replacement grill parts to hardware stores across the United States. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are proud to hear such great comments from our customers about our reputation! We truly appreciate the support our community has shown us as a small locally owned business and we look forward to continuing to grow!

We stopped in to check out grills today. Not sure what to expect. The first grill we thought about was a little higher than we wanted to spend. The gal who worked with us asked if we had thought about pellet grills. I have to say the staff is super friendly and super knowledgeable. They offer more than just grills. I recently purchased a Green Mountain Grill from the Grill Works. I can’t rave enough about how helpful they were. I figured I would just go in, purchase the grill, and leave to figure it out on my own. This was not the case. I believe it was Lisa who helped me and she was beyond helpful. She walked me through everything and answered and any all questions I could come up with. We dealt with corey and he didn't have to sell me on the grill he was very knowledgeable and helpful including everyone there that I didn't get to talk with if you have one of these in your mind don't wait like I did!!!!!
