We were presented with the opportunity to purchase the Chicago based distributorship we had been purchasing our parts from in 2009 to continue their 50+ year old business as a supplier of replacement grill parts to hardware stores across the United States. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are proud to hear such great comments from our customers about our reputation! We truly appreciate the support our community has shown us as a small locally owned business and we look forward to continuing to grow!

I have never smoked anything before. I have friends who do. After hosting a smokefest they got me hooked. The Grill Works was highly recommend. So I made my way in and got educated by the helpful staff. They get busy on the weekends, but it's organized chaos. Great people, great products, and I highly recommend them.

I stopped in Saturday afternoon and was very impressed. The two gentlemen that were working were very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the selection. I definitely will be back. if you could open one in Cedar Falls that would be good too. Thanks again.
