We were presented with the opportunity to purchase the Chicago based distributorship we had been purchasing our parts from in 2009 to continue their 50+ year old business as a supplier of replacement grill parts to hardware stores across the United States. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are proud to hear such great comments from our customers about our reputation! We truly appreciate the support our community has shown us as a small locally owned business and we look forward to continuing to grow!

What impressed me beyond measure at The Grill Works is the superior level of customer service and the clear desire that both Lisa and Brian had to ensure that I walked away completely educated and satisfied with my new grill even when they were slammed busy. They will be the only business we purchase our grills and supply’s at in the future. When you’ve found the best, to heck with the rest!
