We were presented with the opportunity to purchase the Chicago based distributorship we had been purchasing our parts from in 2009 to continue their 50+ year old business as a supplier of replacement grill parts to hardware stores across the United States. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are proud to hear such great comments from our customers about our reputation! We truly appreciate the support our community has shown us as a small locally owned business and we look forward to continuing to grow!

What a great place! Very helpful and honest about the different accessories we should purchase for our new grill. Will definitely continue to purchase grill accessories and supplies here!
Didn't get my grill there. But all my extras are coming from there. Pizza show last weekend was very informative. People working there and long term customers very helpful and willing to share knowledge. Bought the pizza oven... pictures later.

I always enjoy and going in the store and I looked in all the things that like to wish for and like to get but I guess the most I get is pecan pellets I don't think there's anything else like I don't think there is any place else in town that has become pellets and I don't care somebody does have pecan pellets I'm going to keep getting them here and 40 lb bags are just perfect don't have to go every week but they're there and they always have so thanks and I got turned on the pecan down in Florida
Just went to their turkey smoking seminar. It was very nicely done. No high pressure sales involved. Which to be honest was what I was expecting. Their quaint shop was nicely organized and sales staff knowledgeable on there products. Many many products that interested me. And I will be in to purchase more very soon.
