We were presented with the opportunity to purchase the Chicago based distributorship we had been purchasing our parts from in 2009 to continue their 50+ year old business as a supplier of replacement grill parts to hardware stores across the United States. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are proud to hear such great comments from our customers about our reputation! We truly appreciate the support our community has shown us as a small locally owned business and we look forward to continuing to grow!

I met the people at the grill works after shopping around for a while.. I should have gone straight there. A great customer service and nice group of people who like what they do. They took their time explaining and answering every question I had. Can't wait to learn more and use the new grill I bought from them. After they put it together and set it up for me, again took their time going over the grill with me making sure I knew all the functions. THANK YOU Grill Works .
The owner at Grill Works spent 2 hours with us! Making sure we found the right smoker for us, showing us how to use it, telling us tricks and tips and didn't push anything on us. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!
