I’ve had better customer service from a Speedway Gas station attendant. Room was fine. Decor is fine. It all comes down to service. No one is alert to anyone. If you need a GM I’ll send you my resume.

RecommendedAmazing hotel. The Portland Trailblazers stayed here while we were there. Huge room, comfortable bed. Nice residents bar. Free wine and apps in the evening.
Terrible staff and management. Charged us for items taken from a minibar that never were. Called them, said they would credit us back and they have yet to do so. I wouldn't stay here if i were as the staff isn't trustworthy. Lots of other great places in Mpls to stay if I were you.
