RecommendedMy husband and I stayed at the Grand Hotel in Minneapolis the night of our wedding. I am absolutely in LOVE with this beautiful hotel! I put a note on our reservation that we had just gotten married that day and they left us a card to congratulate us, a bottle of champagne and champagne glasses, and chocolate covered strawberries. They went above and beyond. It was such a great way to end the night and hope we can stay here again sometime we’re back home.
RecommendedThis place is amazing! Vesna and Natasha and the whole front office staff made my girlfriends birthday so special! When we first stepped into the hotel we felt like royalty the way they treated us. From the valet, to the quick check in, all they way up to the room where we were gifted a bottle of champagne to kick off the trip! 5/5 stars, would definitely recommend this place! Awesome location as well. Everything is a $7-$8 Uber away! Thank you for everything you guys! We will be back!
RecommendedI love the marble floor and tub. It needs quiet central heat and air. Very romantic. Close to light rail and downtown.
Stayed there last night! Crazy getting unloaded, traffic and valet worst ever, took our car before we had bags all unloaded! The help checking in was very good, gave us our room keys, needed them to access the elevator. Swiped the key, door shut and punched our floor number, nothing! Stuck on the elevator because the keys didn’t Work! Finally got out with emergency alarm, went to the front desk and the staff was very sorry and respectful and kind about the situation!
