Horrible experience. Shortly after we checked out at the front desk we received a final email invoice. While looking over the bill, we noticed we were charged a $250 smoking fee. We did NOT smoke in the room, anywhere on the property, nor did we have any sort of smoking products in our room at any point during our stay. We had a great local staycation here in May. It was perfectly positioned for walking to the Twins stadium for a baseball game and in a very safe area. Definitely within walking distance to lots of great restaurants on Nicolet Ave. The staff were friendly and the gym was amazing. Wish there was a pool here as older reviews mentioned access to a pool? Overall, great room and very modern and spacious.
Well kept hotel downtown Minneapolis, had a great stay
