My experience was very similar to the others regarding the deep cleaning service. Many areas of the home were untouched (stairway, hallways, toilet room in master bath), windows and baseboards were not cleaned as promised. No walk through offered after. Two things I specifically pointed out while they were here were redone, but not well. Left six messages for the manager (Lorena) and no call back. Filed a complaint with Living Social. Would give 0 starts if it let me.
I paid for deep clean service, it suppose to have 2 people come in to do 4 hour cleaning. but only 1 people show up, didn't finish the cleaning and disappear without walking through the house with me. She didn't even mop the floor, clean my kitchen cabinet, not to mention the dust left on my window and blinder, didn't clean the light fixture as supposed to covered in the deep clean package, they don't even bring tools to do it. I have had several maid services, but I have never been as satisfied and even surprised as I have been by the services of The Golden Maid. Emma and Yoli have gone above and beyond what I could EVER have expected, even doing my walk-in master closet, when I didn't even request that. Everything is always sparkling clean, things are put back where they belong, (which always seems to be an issue), and you can see the extra effort put into making it even better than "Just Right"!! I thank you for job well done.
OH MY GOSH!!! I absolutely love how they have cleaned my house. It was in such desperate need of a good thorough cleaning and I couldn't have asked for a better job! They tackled dust and pet fur that was an inch deep in some spots and everything looks fabulous. I am soooo excited about this I just can't even tell you!! Thank you so much...
My apartment looked great ! What a wonderful, thorough job. It was really nice to come home to such a clean place. I loved that my apartment didn't smell like chemicals -- which always give me a headache.
Their cleaning system is excellent. From the moment of arrival until the time they leave.They know just what to do. Always with a smile! Bring all necessary tools and supplies. Very warm and friendly.
