everything was great but an automatic 20% gratuity calculated into the bill, well I'm uncomfortable with that concept...gratuity is at the customer's discretion, not at the establishment's! I know I could have spoken to the management about it but that puts the payer in an embarrassing situation in front of their guests. Automatic gratuity is too presumptuous! Doubt if I'll return...and for that reason only!
