This is not the place you want to move into. We have been here since 2007, they have been here 10 minutes, they have turned our lives upside down have treated us like we are trash. They have no consideration for anyone but money. Do not move here. You’ve been warned.
Love the apartment, the flat is the perfect layout. Except for the fact that you can literally hear everything from the upstairs neighbors. It’s awful, we hear every single noise they make. The kid bounces balls around and runs in the dining room every single day which is right above our bedroom. It’s driving us insane!!!! Keeping us up at night.
I love the flat layout. Lots of room. But the BIGGEST downfall are the upstairs neighbors. If you like peace and quite don’t live here. You can LITERALLY hear every move they make with the hard floors they put it. I can’t even really stand it here anymore. It’s 9:00 at night and I just hear pounding above me. Not happy, looking to move elsewhere.
My husband and I love our townhouse tucked away in the quiet Little Turtle community at Remington Station!! With all the new changes taking place there are bound to be some great and some not preferred. However, regardless of all the changes, we are always met with a smile at the office and have enjoyed meeting the staff, especially Crystal! She is always eager to help and intentional with our time!
Grass needs mowed, pool needs to be open on this beautiful day, decks need redone on buffalo run, tennis courts in horrible shape, rent should not be this high with so many issues.
Our lease is up in August and I'm happy about it. Maintenance is horrible (still waiting for them to clean the chimney the previous residents left dirty but never mind I cleaned it.) never came to fix the ceiling in our kids room which was leaking due to the upstairs apartment....still there (reason why my kids don't use the room anymore). Landscaping company broke a meter and they took forever to reimburse the money. There's so much more to write down. Little turtle community is a great place to live but just not here.
