RecommendedVery clean, modern, quiet place to live.
This property in Westerville has very poor insulation. Your water and electric bill is paid to a third party and my costs were outrageous. I would stay away from this location
Kick out the drug addicts, press charges when an idiot shoots off rounds and then bangs on the doors of your tenants, take crime seriously, don't enter apartments without notice, fix something when you say you will, don't lie to your tenants, don't lie to the public, hire staff who can do the job and them support their efforts.
Beautiful community! The homes are upgraded and the community is well kept and quiet.
This place has all the benefits you could want and staff that is courteous and timely in taking care of your needs. My family loves living here and Rachel has made our experience that much more special!
Since the day we moved in (October) The Garratt continues to exceed our expectations. We had a little bit of a crazy move in due to new staffing (though all of them could not have been nicer, and fixed every problem we ran into!) We moved into not having hot water, Shawn came the very next day and put a brand new hot water tank in for us. Then we had a crack in our master bathroom tub from the previous owners which caused a leak. He came to our rescue once again to replace the entire thing! I moved into The Garratt in September because we were expecting our first child and needed more space. We brought him home in early November and it has been the perfect home for our new family of 3. Our apartment was freshly renovated and looks beautiful. The kitchen is my favorite! The staff is friendly and super responsive, and the fitness center is amazinggg. We are so happy here!!
