February 19th a water leak detection crews made entry in to my apartment to begin construction for a water main leak under my unit. They drilled and filled three large holes in the entry level of my apartment extending in to my laundry room and under the half bath toilet. This left exposed concrete/rock/dust and eventually ANTS came through the holes. My wife and I have lived at The Garratt by Cortland for 3 years now and still feel it is the best place we ever lived. Beautiful, wooded setting with wildlife views ranging from birds to deer and fox surround you. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The Garratt by Cortland is AMAZING! The staff is beyond welcoming and helpful, maintenance is on top of their work orders and friendly as can be! The apartments are clean and well taken care of. Everything was move in ready and they made us feel at home from day 1! If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful home in Westerville, this is it. We also love utilizing the gym! 🙂
It is a great place to live. Since all the units have been remodeled everything is up to date. The staff is especially great and the new clubhouse and pool are really nice.
