I have lived at The Garratt for 18 months and I love it! The staff and maintance are wonderful and everyone is so nice! My unit is very nice and modern and it's very quite! I love the new outdoor space and enjoy he pool, grills and dog park! I highly recommend living here!
I have lived in the community for several years now, and since Cortland has taken over there have been numerous improvements to the property. The staff are really friendly and do their best to accommodate my needs/concerns. The maintenance team are also very responsive and friendly.
The Garratt has great amenities and a great staff. The pool and outdoor entertainment area are a lot of fun during the spring and summer. I also get a lot of use out of the fitness and weight room.
