The staff is super friendly. Love the atmosphere. Great food and drink. First ordered the prosciutto wrapped goat cheese with currents and dates, which was unique and tasty. The side salad was really good with mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, and balsamic vinegar. The best was their steak - good value, was tender, lean, and juicy, ordered medium rare- cooked exactly as ordered.
The flat bread is amazing! The food is delicious and the wine even better.
I always look forward to a few meals at The Fritz when I'm in Salida. Great food and a nice relaxed atmosphere.
Fritz has the best food in Salida- just wished they served a little later!
Tapas great. So tasty. Bacon wrapped fares and brown butter Brussels sprouts delish!!
