Food is always made to perfection and taste amazing. The staff there has always been awesome.
Awesome had the bison short ribs small plate. Fall off the bones deliciousness! We sat at the bar and had fabulous service. I will come back anytime I'm in Salida
I called them five minutes from closing time, and told them we’d be there shortly... we arrived in 8-10 minutes, and they graciously let us sit at the bar, and served us tasty food and beers, when nowhere else in town (Amicas) would feed us! I’ll be hanging out here again, no doubt!
We had a great time enjoying deliscious tapas and drinks at The Fritz, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back! Viva date night!
