The mussels and fries and the ravioli on the small plates menu are super delicious! Friendly staff and laid back atmosphere make this place a favorite whenever we are town.
Delicious tapas, good wine and India Pale Ale
My girlfriend and I were out enjoying a great drive through the mountains and ended up in Salida around dinner time. Not being from the area we didn't know what we would find or what to expect. The Fritz was completely unexpected and is truly a diamond. The service was attentive and prompt, food was extremely well cooked and delicious. When we travel this will definitely be a place to visit again.

The setting - lovely. The sardines and baguette, divine. The grilled romaine, manchego, and dates - creative and delicious. Jackalope gin - bring it on. I had not tried a Chilean sav blanc; it was perfect.
