RecommendedAbsolutely amazing food!!!! I recommend ordering several of their small plates, I really felt like my husband and I got the best of everything. The chicken liver pate, Spanish sardines, and Asian pickled quail eggs will knock you out of your shoes!!!!! Service was top notch and the owner was a hoot to talk to!!! Definitely recommend this place!!!

I love the fact that you can get small plates or big plates here. I am a sucker for the bacon wrapped dates but everything I have had here has been excellent.
Grant and staff gave us exceptional service and accommodations so we could have our wedding rehearsal dinner at The Fritz. The meal was superb, and I also came away with a perfect wedding gift as well from the amazing local artists they support. If you're in Salida, you must stop by and have the Steak Frites!
