We called about a month or so ago. We asked if they ever sale the homes they buy. The lady on the phone had no idea. She said "that's a good question". Then we asked what areas do they buy the homes in. She said "mostly in the South area of Florida I think". She wasn't to sure. We really got no info from her. She took our name and number and we haven't heard a thing.
