Old venue, despite the renovations. Feels old. Area around it not very appealing. No where to dine really anywhere around. Maybe it will change when the rams move in next door. Wouldn't go back right now.

Aside from the seats being quite tight, the venue was amazing. I got a lower box ticket on section 123 and had a great view from the right side of the stage. Due to its smaller capacity, there isn't a totally bad view from the 100s level. There were plenty of concessionaires outside to grab drinks or food prior to showtime. The restrooms inside can easily form a line going in, so better head out the doors where there are plenty more without the need to wait. This venue sucks, especially with the construction going on. It took forever to get out of the parking lot after the Lady Gaga concert. You would think after all the events there the management would have figured out a smooth way to get everyone out of there. Getting into the venue was also tough. There was so much traffic. Other than that, depending on the performer, it's okay.
