The Forum, a.k.a. Great Western Forum is one of the area's entertainment hotspots. Former home of the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Kings, the Forum now frequently hosts boxing matches, rock concerts with performers such as Aerosmith, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Stevie Wonder, and other miscellaneous events. The glitzy, backlit Roman architecture seems a little out of place in Los Angeles, but it has its charms. As the Forum seats as many as 18,000 people, parking can be a little tough, so be prepared.

Our row of seats was missing. Lots of helpful staff, but no one could figure out why our seats were missing. And where was the supervisors supervisor? Is there really an Anthony out there to help us? I will be calling on Monday.
What I love about the Fabulous Forum 1) the location of the venue from South Bay and easy in & out 2) the staff- from parking attendants to the crew who checks you through the metal detector to the bartenders and bathroom attendants- all are professional, polite and happy to help 3) the great acoustics. If you love music, this is really the only place to hear your favorite artist or band. Staples isn't set up to hear good music. The Forum's acoustics are amazing and every seat is good 4) The size- the intimacy of the smaller... read more
The red should be painted gold, with white columns and gold background to reflect Roman glory days, the red looks tacky. The acoustics were awesome! Light show good too. We drove from Orange County , 2hours, and were starving! We heard the stadium had good tacos and such so we didnt stop at a local bar. An hour of trying to get food was not happening. Horrible wait times, never got food. Parking is $25 a dirt parking lot because the new stadium construction next door. Dirt doesnt bother me, just wish I would have known. Our ... read more
Great music! Neil Diamond was awesome, but the price for parking is crazy!!
Nice facility, but restrooms weren't ready (we went before the concert). Floors in the seating area were sticky. Later, they were soaked from people spilling their beer. Didn't care for that. The concert was excellent!
There is absolutely no leg room. I felt like I was getting into a car that had the seat pulled all the way up. I am 5'9" and my knees rubbed the seat in front of me. Stood up most of the time. I had read similar reviews and for the money, this should not be the case. Outrageous parking prices as well
great venue, easy access before and after the concert. Helpful staff
Let me start with Neil Diamond- he was awesome- it was a great show. Now the venue. We entered the parking area and the parking attendants forced you from 2 lanes into 4 lanes-at the end of the street they forced you to merge back into two lanes. We were at a standstill because merging back took so long. Easily solved with more than two people taking the parking money. Speaking of money...$25 for parking across the street in dirt-which happens to also be a construction site so tons of rocks and an uneven surface. Sucks becau... read more
