I wish I could give 0 stars. For what can be done in an hour, took 3 weeks. Every time I called they told me it would be there in a few days, but it never was. Finally showed up and demanded a refund, and alas, they had my glasses, yet no one called me to tell me. I was told I didn't have to pay for an add-on if I sent the original glasses back. I did just that, but when finally received, they said I had no choice but to pay. Not even to my worst enemy would I recommend this place.

I have used The Focalization pointe for 2 years with no issue, but upon leaving my eye exam/contact fitting today I asked for my prescriptions because The things I needed were cheaper elsewhere. A few minutes later Dr Hamilton comes out with my prescriptions AND records and tells me, “ if you won’t buy glasses or contacts from us we will NOT CONTINUE TO SEE YOU.” I explained to him that I had no problem with the service, but the items I needed were far cheaper at another location to which he replied, “ well hope the doctors ... read more
