I called this flower shop and ordered a funeral spray for my aunt's funeral. The gentleman that I spoke with was so nice and helpful. The spray was so beautiful and just what I ordered! I will definitely order from this shop again!!!
My mother died 4 months ago and I live out of state. I called The Flower Shop to have flowers placed on her grave. I thought the person I spoke to was very nice and the job would be done. However, I have had family members stop by the cemetery and the flowers are _not_ there. There were to be flowers in the side vases and a saddle. I called re this and I had to make about 3 calls before I got the problem addressed.
