FZ was the first gym I ever joined way back in the day when i was about 16. I moved away to Atlanta and now im in jersey. But everytime I come and visit I still come to FZ and pay for day passes so I can work out while im home. I have tried out the competition in town but FZ is still the best place to go if you are in Gloucester or the surrounding areas

I love the classes offered by Chris Engel. I try to attend every class she offers, from TRX to cross training, step, weights etc. Chris is constantly changing things up which keeps me from getting bored and reminds me that I have many muscle groups. Classes are free this week, you should try one of her classes and see for yourself! Pam
