We are open 24/7 with staffed hours as listed.We offer a full class schedule, large free weight area, Cybex and Life Fitness circuits, we havefunctional training area with Turf, full juice bar and 2 cardio decks that include treadmills, row machines, stair steppers, elliptical's, stretching room and much, much more... We have a very friendly and welcoming staff that will assist you with anything you need. Please come in and check us out!

Set up perfectly during these trying times with COVID. very clean and multiple cleaning stations set up throughout. Privately owned business is so much better than the big chains
For decades Kurt, Glen and team have run the best local gym to be had. The equipment is top notch for anyone from a fitness newbie to contest winning body builders, several of which are in house trainers. I can’t say enough about how good this gym is.

The manager seems to have a problem with people using their phones in the gym. I would like to feel like the employees and manager are not judging me while I work out. If I take 2-3 minutes to use my phone between sets, how is that different then talking to someone or just standing still for the same amount of time. Would be nice if I can manage my own time without the manager telling everyone online what a big problem I have become.
Far and Beyond Above all other gyms. And I mean it. I've worked out all across this state. The Fitness Zone is simply better. California and Colorado; Florida and North Carolina gyms all pale in comparison. it has everything.
Everyone is nice. Easy going . Diversity. Enough equipment and clean.
