RecommendedBy far the cleanest gym in the country! Dan scrubs the gym head to toe all morning and it does not go unnoticed! The little things go a long way for sure.
Definitely a nice place to be and a lot of good people
Hands down favorite gym. I gym hop as a hobby and to check out new areas and am always so glad to come home to train here. It has a diverse group of people and activities. I body build but there will also be group classes going on and others doing HIIT. New equipment is a priority which I love. I also train with the best body building coach who operates out of here 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Got everything you need. Community feel. Put on what you want and go get it done gym.

I am here from out of town an was googling gyms around the area. Found this gym to be a great cross between a “rat gym” an “health club”. Great selection of various free weights An machines as well as some unique equipment. Met with JD whose was very informative an can make a mean protein shake from their shake bar. The day pass is 10.00 an the week is 29.00 which is not bad considering,the one thing to note is that even though you have a week pass this does not allow you 24hr access like normal members. Love it here! Super clean, very inviting and plenty of room and equipment to do your thing. The instructors and classes are creative and fun. Always greeted by friendly staff.
