The team, people and programming are the best. Very thoughtful approach to training that improves your enjoyment of life, and your fitness. Also you will be harder to kill after training at TFC.

I have never done cross fit ever in my life. For the longest time I kinda frowned upon it. But after trying these classes I'm hooked. You never feel out of place. Each motion is first practiced and then applied to a workout. Everybody is so helpful and supportive. It really makes the difference when you can show up on the first day and make the coolest of friends oh, and get in a killer workout. This gym is life changing!
Best choice I've ever made was to join this box. Joey and Lauren are amazing coaches. They've really helped me change myself. And this place is full of amazing people. It gets 5 stars hands down.
