Perfect place for a transformation no matter what your fitness level you're on.
I have to say. This is one of the best box I have been to. I travel a lot for work and always look for a good box to come to next time I'm back in town. Have to say I found it here. Can't wait till next time. Awesome athletes and coach all around.
Awesome place to train, it's a very motivating environment and a great place to learn
I have know Joey for years, he and Lauren truly care about everyone who walks in the door and know how to train people to teach their goals be it with workouts or with diet. Only go if you want to have an awesome time while working out with awesome people.
This place is more then just a gym its a place where people of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds etc come together and have 1 goal and that is to finish the task ahead as 1 solid unit. If this gym didn't exist I probably would be stuck in the same rut, doing the same thing, being unmotivated day after day. Everyone around you wants you to succeed. I've been training at The Fitness Coalition for two years!!! Great group of people and trainers. Anything that keeps me coming g back week after week is an Awesome and amazing thing.
