Was living her with my BF, recently moved, and the experience was a bit underwhelming but not terrible. I landed here from Dallas and it was a nice intro to Miami/Wynwood but I'd say do your homework before moving in. Some of the neighbors were very loud and the location can be tricky in the mornings if you are trying to get on the highway. Glad for the experience but also glad I've moved on.
The layout is out of this international!! It is a combination of vintage world meets new international with a dash of graffiti! Amazing.
They don’t tell you they’re doing over 1 yr renovations where no access to balcony, pool, etc for a period of time. PLUS... drilling ALL day 8-4p.m!!! Too many dogs. Not enough cleaning up after the dogs. Place smells of marijuana as it seems most smoke there.
Total dump. Too many dogs in the building. They are constantly barking, peeing and pooping all over the property. I've had dogs pee in the hallway and it's left there for several days before the floors are cleaned. The garage is extremely dirty and there's dirt is always piled up around the edges. Don't live next to the elevators!!! You can hear them operating all times of the day and night because the walls are so thin.
