Very poor staff I had the worst application experience ever. Besides the fact that the staff is incompetent, the manager is rarely ever available or deliberately evades follow up phone calls. I initially submitted a joint application with my friend as co-applicant. I was “head of household”. Excellent apartment I moved to this area 2 years ago and I love it. A nice neighborhood. Everything is near. Bethesda Metro, Downtown Bethesda, a lot of restaurants, bars where you can go out and enjoy your time. Also places where you can just go for a walk. My apartment is also great. Nice, clean and very lightly. Utilities included with a laundry on site, which I love. There is a small gym for people like me, who sometimes exercise.
