Verified Renter Great place in a nice quiet neighborhood. Access to all grocery stores and shopping. Metro accessible. Online access for maintenance requests and payments. The maintenance team is Very responsive!
Verified Renter The Fields of Bethesda is a great place to live. Its clean friendly and family oriented. Maintenance is excellent, precautions are taken with the COVID-19. No apartment building is perfect but the Fields, do their best to address the concerns of the residents. I dont know if theres a change in management, but I like how they are really getting things done quickly. And yes I always recommend living at the Fields.

Verified Renter So far my experience is good. The location is excellent the price is great and the ppl in my building seem nice. Marcelle was/is great to work with. Always responsive when I hv questions. I find its better to communicate through email...so far Im pretty happy here.
Bad management Management constantly changing. The service is very poor. The buildings are not well maintained. Parking permits are a constant issue. Not clean.
