Verified Renter It is refreshing when you leave your apartment and come out into the hall where it smells so nice and fresh everyday. The Fields of Bethesda is a place where the hallways are kept clean and the property and grounds are very well kept with excellent and caring Management & Maintenance Service. Verified Renter Quiet safe neighborhood, lots of parks for kids and pets, schools, metro station is within walking distance, same as a gas station, and the grounds are kept pretty clean. All staff are very helpful and do a great job despite the high number of tenants and issues they deal with. Finding parking near your building can sometimes be a challenge, but for what you get - you are getting a great deal. Highly recommended.
Verified Renter Poorly management. Staff never address your issues within timely manner. Very hard to have communication with them.. Maintenance is good though big shout out Obuma he does a good job at completing service work orders. Apartments need to be maintained well - they dont do any AC filter changes which is very important to do. I will be giving my notice to leave once my leases is over.
Verified Renter In general, everything is fine. Management right now super super welcome, friendly and organized. They really do everything super fast and active. Only wash/drier, heater/AC and dish washer work loudly.

However, I would only recommend the Fields of Bethesda with strong reservations and to un-fussy people. lived here 6 years ago Lived here 6 years ago, loved the place unfortunately had an unforeseen circumstance and had to move, six years later i have moved back. it was the same place i left. love my apartment and the management compliments the apartment. i highly recommend "The Fields of Bethesda"
