Constant changing, poor service, They close the pool often and early if it even opens. They listed hot tub on amenities and there never was one (that actually worked, it was always covered and now filled with concrete). They tow your guest's cars even when there is plenty of parking. Tow costs a minimum $200. You can hear U.S. 15 all night long. Windows are paper thin and let in cold air in the winter and hot air in the summer. prepare for crazy high utility bills.
Great Spot I searched apartments for a long time and this place has the best bang for the buck. No pests, no parking problems, huge balconies, and the square footage for the price can't be beat. It's 10 minutes from downtown Frederick. Golds Gym is 3 minutes away. The staff was very welcoming and honest with everything. I'm glad I went with this place to call home.
