I am very... (Verified Renter) I am very concerned about the fact we do not have our own water and eletric meters. Every apt. Shou ld not be clumped together based on the size it should be individually rated very upset about that situation then it would be fair.
worst apartment complex ever these guys will nickle and dime you for everything you've got! they will also never fix any maintenance requests, or deal with neighbor disputes! good price if you want to live in 30 year old buildings with terrible management! please, shoot yourself in the foot and move here!!!!!!
I have lived in many apartments in Frederick - this is the Worst!!! Title says it all - Management is slow and very unprofessional. Maintenance is also slow and sometimes won't show up for months despite constant nagging. the fact that this property has changed management companies almost every year is pretty alarming to me.. Should have seen it coming. Don't move here!!!!
Life is too short to waste it here!!!! Bad management - Will charge you (post move out) to shampoo carpets 1 week after you shampooed them yourself. Highly Illegal Practices Written Into the Lease I toured the premises earlier today. Beautiful buildings on the outside, lovely landscaping. Everything else is a nightmare scenario. I specifically toured a one bedroom apartment, asking to see one with a walk-in closet. I was not shown a walk-in closet, which was disappointing, but it's hardly their fault if they have tenants in all of those apartments. That wasn't the issue. Worst apartment i have ever lived in On our move in day we were told that the managing company we signed with had been fired. So no record of our move in could be "found." so we were told that we would not be allowed to move in. After waiting 45 mins for the general manager to come in and talk to him we were finally allowed to move in. Nice place We have been in this apartment for about a month, and so far we are pleased. The space is larger than I would have expected for the price and is a welcome change from the costs in Howard County. Parking seems pretty ample so far, and the grounds are nice for walking our dog.
Crystal Park at Waterford The apartment is in a great location. Easy access to 15, 70 and 270. Also close to downtown Frederick and Ft Detrick. The neighbors are generally nice and quite. The building just got new management and they are just getting their barrings on keeping the apartment up. Some things slide like the pool opening late this year. They are typically fairly responsive (next day) when you put in a service request. Overall a fairly decent place to live, not the best I have lived in but also no real complaints.
