This complex shows... (Verified Renter) This complex shows a great deal of concern and understanding for the tenants. Very professional and responsive. Rent amount is fair and reflects a realistic value.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it because it felt safe and was very clean. The staff was also helpful and very responsive to complaints. I would not recommend it because of the noise level and I also think it's overpriced for anyone who is not signing a long term lease. Most peoole I know are trying to buy houses and are scared of having to break a lease early.
Great apartment layout,... (Verified Renter) Great apartment layout, some apartments are partly remodeled with new flooring, kitchens. Windows are old and drafty (balcony sliding doors are the worst - large gaps all around), older kitchens need updating, some new neighbors own loud diesel work trucks and leave for work very early waking up half of the apartment complex. I would suggest banning large diesel work trucks from apartment grounds for resident's quiet enjoyment of the apartment community.
I think overall... (Verified Renter) I think overall it is a great place to live. Neighbors are friendly, staff is excellent but I don?t quite see this place as long term due to the cabinets not being the best quality and the recycling not being a high priority for the community.

Very comfortable and... (Verified Renter) Very comfortable and easy living. The rent is affordable. Complex is one of the better ones around town. Like the added reserved parking option.
