Terrible customer service. I've dealt with rude employees at the Mequon location for the last time. Seriously need to step up the knowledge of your employees as well as some basic customer service. Rude and demeaning about sums it up. I see all these good reviews and I wonder why I wasn't met with the same service??

Top notch customer service. The staff always goes the extra mile. Two years ago the manager went above and beyond to help us get the correct food for our sick cat. We now purchase all our pet food from here.
An all around great place! Huge selection of natural and raw dog food. Their dog pool is amazing and the swimming sessions are a great way to tire out your pooch!
Awesome staff! Arrived just after closing to pick up food and owner unlocked the door so I didn't have to make another trip. He did it with a smile and gave me time to shop. Highly recommend this store!
