I bought a lighted ball for $10.00 on 10/27/15. Hard earned money. It already does not light anymore after less than a month and a few evenings of throws. Junk sold here.

Bill, sorry you had trouble with the lighted toy; we always have a happy and friendly return policy, which the ball in this case would fall under and would be replaced. The toy you speak of has been a very good toy for us with over 50 sold and only one returned due to the light not working....you must have received its brother....Bring the toy back in and we be more than happy to replace it, as this is always our policy....we look forward to helping you and your dog out...Mark, Owner

Our favorite pet store by far. Supplies for the tanks, dog, and cat, amazing saltwater selection, training classes, swimming pool, and knowledgeable friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more
