These are people who love and appreciate all animals. We sensed it from our first visit. We've been through two obedience classes (2 dogs) and have used their GREAT indoor pool a LOT. Our normally sweet Golden Retriever loses her mind when she's in the pool but the staff is patient and kind. We always get great recommendations from the staff for new toys, snacks, or other needs.
As a dog, cat, gerbil, and fish owner who combines modern and holistic care, this store is absolutely amazing! The staff has always been kind and helpful and the store has reasonable prices. I highly recommend this store!

I brought my dog in for a swim.... and the lady that was with us didn't really talk to us at all. My dog was obviously afraid, yet he swam really well (he's part lab). I'm pretty sure it was the life jacket that scared him because it was used to drag him into the water(but I never got to ask if she would try it without the life jacket because she never talked to us)... I guess the websites promise of calm techniques and easing your dog into the water got my hopes up. I was more dissapointed then I thought I would be. Other t... read more
